AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are 7X TT Academy ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a table tennis academy that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law.

2. NON REFUNDABLE FEES

All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. LATE FEES PAYMENT CHARGES

Fees must be paid within 7 days of the due date. A late payment penalty of ₹100 per day will be applied after this period until the dues are cleared.

4. SESSION COMPLETION

All scheduled sessions must be completed within the same month. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be carried forward. Exceptions will be made only if long leave is communicated in advance.

5. LEAVE POLICY

For any long leave (more than 3 consecutive days), a written notice must be given at least one week in advance. Un-notified absences will not qualify for session adjustments or carryovers to the next month.

6. TRAINING ATTIRE

Wearing the official academy t-shirt and non-marking shoes is mandatory during all training sessions.

7. TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION

Players are required to participate in tournaments suggested by the academy and represent 7X TT Academy by wearing the official academy t-shirt.

8. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

Players are expected to show respect to fellow players and coaches at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

9. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
